Revlon Fire Fox

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (3-4 minutes a coat). It's a nice matte red with subtle sparkles - these are quite hard to see though. The brush is good and lid is comfortable to hold. Noticed slight tip wear after a while but lasted well otherwise.

Avon Gold Leaf

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (2 minutes a coat). It's a pretty gold metallic colour. Looks really lovely. I only swatched this so no idea how long it lasted.

Seventeen Tinsel Nail Effects Blue

This is the glitter I put on top of China Glaze Define Good... I think it looks very festive! I should have posted this yesterday, but I wasn't very well and I've still got quite an upset tummy today. Finding it hard to stand up and do basic things :-(

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (about 3 minutes a coat). You get really, really good coverage for the one coat. The bar glitters are holographic and you can just about make that out from the photos. I like this topper, it's pretty and sparkly. I only swatched this, so no idea of how long it lasted.

Claire's Leather Look Blue

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (3-4 minutes a coat). It's a pretty blue colour but I think it looks more like a textured sandy than a leather look polish! I do like the textured finish and the colour :-) Lasted well.

Miss Sporty Rosy Galaxy

This is another of the Miss Sporty textured polishes.

Essence Dare To Kiss

This is easy to use, easy to apply and various drying times. Let me explain....1 thick coat takes ages to dry - I painted this on my right hand (about 12 minutes). 2 thin coats dries a lot quicker - left hand (about 3 minutes a coat). The brush is quite thick but found it okay with my nails. I'm not sure about the colour...I'm not really into nudes....but I do love the finish! Husband was like why did you buy it when it's not your colour!!!! MEN! ;-) Lasted really well.

Colour Alike 535

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (4-5 minutes a coat). It's a lovely iridescent colour - purple is the main colour but you can see flashes of green and bronze too. I think this is scented too, kinda smells like jelly sweeties (Haribo style) but this smell isn't overpowering and faded after a while - next day. The brush is really good and the lid is comfortable to hold. Lasted really well.

Avon Black Sequins

This is another of the textured polishes from Avon.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (about 3 minutes a coat). The brush is really good and lid is comfortable to hold. It's a pretty black sparkly polish. It isn't too rough either. Lasted really well.

17 Copper

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (3-4 minutes a coat). It's a nice copper colour that is slightly iridescent. You just about make out flashes of pink. I didn't really like the colour at first but it grew on me. Lasted well.

Essence Warm My Heart

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying - the first coat was quick but the second was slow (3-4 mins). It's a thermal polish - my first ever! I must admit that both the colours aren't really me - but because it changes I do like it! Normal cool temperature is the nude flesh colour and warm is the peachy colour. I liked the way it turned out with the french style in the last photo. Lasted really well.

Wet n Wild Speak When Spoken To

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (1-2 mins a coat). The brush is really good to use and the lid is comfortable to hold. This is a lovely iridescent glittery polish. I do think it looks really lovely! Lasted really well.

Rimmel Singing De Blues

This is okay to use and okay to apply. The formula is a bit thick but manageable. It is quite slow drying (4-5 minutes a coat). It's a lovely blue colour with a very subtle shimmer. Lasted really well.

Barbara Daly Carnival
