Claire's Blue Pastel Sand

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (3-4 minutes - usually textures are quicker). It is a gorgeous light blue texture with a lovely golden shimmer. It is very textured, but doesn't catch on anything. I think it kinda looks like snowfall, certainly wintry anyway! Lasted really well.

    If Frozen had a nail polish line I feel like this would be a shade. I have a bit of a thing for textured polishes, love this one!
