Home Bargains - Purple Glitter

This is from the Go Glitter Set from Home Bargains, which was available for Christmas 2020! I put it over Revolution Yellow Tropic.

 

This is easy to use, easy to apply and good drying (3-4 minutes a coat). It has a good brush too, a medium sized one. I think the purple looks nice over the yellow neon. This glitter didn't catch and it lasted well.

Essence - I Love My Blue Jeans

 

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (2-3 minutes a coat). The brush is really good too, a medium sized one. It is a lovely dark blue colour. I think it has more of a "leather" finish than a suede finish, as the bottle suggests! Lasted well and nice.

Avon - Berry Divine

 

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (4-5 minutes a coat). It is an older polish though. The brush is really good and makes it easy to apply. I have always like these mini Avon bottles. It is a really nice berry colour with a lovely shimmer. Lasted really well.

Technic - Hot Chilean

 

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (4-5 minutes a coat). The brush is really good too, it is medium sized. This is a lovely pink with a gorgeous shimmer. Lasted really well and was impressed.

H&M - A Winter's Tale (fail)

This is a total fail and I considered not posting it, but decided to. So this polish was thick and I thinned it using polish remover :-O It was a lovely blue holo glitter but because of the nail polish remover, after a month the colours in the glitters dissolved. SO LESSON LEARNED...USE NAIL POLISH THINNER NOT REMOVER. As we Scottish say, I am an eejit.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and and quick drying (2-3 minutes a coat). The brush was good also. As I say this is meant to be blue with holo glitters. I guess it looks okay. Because it is a fail, I won't rate this.

Rimmel - Pop Rose

 

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (4-5 minutes a coat). The brush is wide and easy to paint with. It is a gorgeous bold pink and lasted okay.

Barry M - Olive

 

This is okay to use, okay to apply and okay drying (4-5 minutes a coat). This is a thin brush but it is okay. The colour is a greeny browny cream colour. I actually think it is quite nice! Lasted well.

Essence - My Love Diary

This is easy to use, easy to apply and good drying (3-4 minutes a coat). The brush is really good but it is wide. It is a nice rosy/dusky rose colour that looks sort of brown in daylight. Noticed slight tip wear but lasted well otherwise.
