Claire's Funky

This is a glitter I put on top of China Glaze Escaping Reality. :-) It was one of the ones I picked up when Claire's had a sale on the polishes. I picked up a good few because they were £1 and buy one get one free!!!

This is easy to use, okay to apply and slow drying (about 5-6 minutes a coat). The brush has a few bristles that were sticking out, but I cut them off and it was okay to use after that. To get lots of glitter onto the brush I find it best to dip the brush in and out a few times. I also found that I needed to dab the larger bits of glitter onto the nails! I think this looks really good over the pink. It looks green in the bottle but sometimes I was looking at it thinking the glitters looked more gold. Lasted really well. I think it has that Hallowe'en look about it too :-)

Rating
Easy to use = 7/10 - once I sorted the brush
Application = 7/10
Drying time = 6/10
Lasted well = 8/10
Coats = 1 plus dabbing required
Finish = glitter
Removal = easy with foil method - let soak for about 1 minute
Overall = 7/10
Purchased from = Claire's instore

My Personal Rating = 7/10 :-)

  15. Lime green glitter, how incredibly fun! And it does look fab over the pink :) The glitters seem to have a little sheerness to them so I can definitely see a little goldtone on the nail.
