Kleancolor Melon Green




This is easy to use, easy to apply and slow drying (8-10 minutes a coat). Most of the Kleancolor polishes I've used before have been slow drying! It's a really pretty yellowy green colour with subtle flakies. I know many of you don't like the smell of the Kleancolor polishes. It doesn't bother me, but oddly enough I find it really difficult to wear most perfumes! I had a Chanel (Eau Tendre), both times I wore it I was really, really sick and had a bad headache. Gave it to my friend in the end. It's funny how the body works! Lasted well.

      With all these reviews you could do with some kind of "Magic Machine" to apply the nail varnish, i never realized there was so many different types :-)

      Haha I could be doing with that. Any with the way I've been feeling lately I could do with a little brown box too and take a ride on a strange ship ;-)

    I don't mind the smell of Kleancolor either, but I hate the slow drying time. I got rid of most of mine just because of that :)

      It really doesn't bother me, I've smelled worse! Yeah the slow drying time is annoying and you know me, never use a top coat! :-)

    I really like that kind of lime.
    Frankly speaking, there are some brands I really avoid, because the polishes are too smelly for me. Kleancolor is one of these. So I'm not that surprised it gave you a headache.

      It's so nice :-)

      I don't mind the smell of Kleancolor - some are worse, I know! It was the perfume that gave me the headache no the polish lol! :-)

    Great hue - it looks great! I had one Kleancolor and wasn't able to swatch it, too smelly and I'm sensitive when it comes to smells. Perfume - I loved wearing them a few years ago but not now. Btw really funny thing with polishes and Chanel, sometimes life can be surprising :D

      It really does! It's funny how some of us don't mind it and others do! Like scented polishes, they don't bother me either! :-)

      That perfume was expensive and my friend loved it! She never had a problem with it!

    Smelly and drying slowly. Yep, klesncolor has to be It, lol. Additionally dark colours stain badly :) Still, it's a pretty polish. And pitty with your headache and the perfumes.

      Hehe yeah it has to be them! I've not had any issues with staining yet - I'll need to try a darker one soon then! It really is! :-)

      I know, I rarely wear perfumes these days :-(

    Nice and bright chartreuse color! The smell of Kleancolor bothers me but the slow drying time bothers me a lot more lol... I don't have the patience... Even with my fast drying top coat I ended up with wrinkles from my bedsheets :(

      It's gorgeous :-D Hehe yeah the slow drying is a pain! Yikes that's bad even with the topper. I've never had that with a Kleancolor! :-)

    It's a pretty green! I've heard that the Kleancolor polishes can be slow drying and smelly, so I've avoided them. I agree with you on perfumes, there are some that give me really bad headaches when I'm exposed to them for a longer period of time - Angel by Thierry Mugler is one of them. Not sure why!

    I totally know what you mean about the smell of some of these polishes. My Chunky holo glitter makes me feel really funky.. It even puts me off eating. I do however really love the colour of this polish, it is such a happy and fun shade of green! xx
