Angelica Party Pants

I put this over China Glaze Shore Enuff!



This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (4-5 minutes a coat). It's a lovely mixed glitter. Looks good on the green. Lasted well.

Removal = easy with foils let soak for 2-3 minutes
