Seventeen Pastel Confetti Nail Effects Green

I put this over China Glaze Pin Prick.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and good drying (2-3 minutes a coat). It's a lovely green glitter polish with an amazing shimmer. The shimmer is slightly iridescent too! I think it's nice over the red! Lasted well.

Angelica Feather

This is okay to use, okay to apply and slow drying (6-7 minutes a coat). It's a really pretty white with a subtle pink shimmer that was a devil to capture! You can just about make it out in the 2nd picture in the bottle. I did like this. Lasted well.

Moyra Sunflower

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (1-2 minutes a coat). It's a pretty yellowy green texture with sparkly glitters. It's not too rough and it's quite bright and bold! I like it a lot. Lasted well.

Avon Copper

One from the new Avon range.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (2 minutes a coat). It's a really sparkly textured polish, looks very festive! Pretty. Lasted well.

Manhattan Redtastic

I have been missing due to lack of Internet! It took the company ages to get it sorted! But I'm back and the weather has been really bad in Scotland!

Avon Beautiful Blue

This was the glittery polish I put on top of Illamasqua Jo'mina!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (3-4 minutes a coat). You need to dip the brush in and out a few times, to make sure you get plenty of glitters on the brush. I think it goes quite well with the purple. Lasted well.

Born Pretty Store Tribal Fashion Colour #15 Blue

Born Pretty Store contacted me again and asked if I wanted to review some more products for them. I asked if I could review nail polish only and they agreed. Their conditions are that I need to link to the product, link to their nail art section and have their discount banner in the post. In return they provided the polish for free. You can be sure that I will review these polishes just as I do any other, as if I had bought it myself. :-)

This is hard to use, hard to apply and really slow drying (at least 10 minutes a coat). The formula is gloopy and this made it hard to use - it might just have been this bottle. I've not tried the others, so will need to compare it. The brush is quite wide and I think it would have been okay had the formula been better. It is also slightly smelly too - nothing bad though but worth mentioning! I noticed it was still slightly tacky after 1 hour. Lasted well though!

Essence Miss Universe

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (about 5 minutes a coat). It's a pretty deep green that's got a kinda iridescent shift to purple, but it's quite subtle. It's really nice. Lasted well.

Rimmel Pulsating

This is a very old nail polish that has been well used ;-)

This is okay to use, okay to apply and really slow drying (10 minutes a coat). As mentioned above, it's really old and well used, so I think that might have something to do with it! The fill line is just about at 'Nail Polish'! It's quite gloppy too. I have 2 spares of this stashed away and I think they would have been better to use. The new versions are probably better! Lasted well.

Maybelline Green Zing

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying (about a minute a coat). It's an ugly green and it is really sheer - this is 4 coats! Thank goodness it is quick drying!!! I really think this would look better on a white base, I will need to try that. It really isn't that nice :-( I put a shatter over it as I wanted to make it look more Hallowe'en like! I will post that on the other blog hopefully tomorrow. Slight staining too.

Avon Dazzle

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (about 4 minutes a coat). It's a nice glittery polish with a purple base. I think this would look good on a purple or white base too. I've shown it here solo with 2 coats. Lasted well.

Barry M Sparkling Amethyst

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (4 minutes a coat). The brush on these newer Barry M polishes is thicker than the older ones, but still okay to use. This is a gorgeous purple with nice shimmery glitters. I'd have to say this is VERY shiny too! Lasted well.

W7 Burlesque

This is the glittery polish I put on top of Butter London Pistol Pink.

This is okay to use, okay to apply and slow drying (at least 7 minutes a coat). You need to dab it on rather than painting the nail as you get bald patches. And make sure there is plenty on the brush too - dip in and out a few times. It does look okay and kinda reminded me of tinsel on a Christmas tree. Lasted well.

NYC NY Lady

This is easy to use, easy to apply and okay drying (3-4 minutes a coat). It's a nice speckled dotty polish. I think it looks really nice, even for a milky caramel brown colour! Lasted really well.

Yes Love Concrete G18-2
