Seventeen Crushed Foils Nail Effects Gold

Was in Boots last week and spied some new polish. This is one I bought!

I used it solo and then popped it on top of these following colours~ Index: Rimmel Hot Fever, Middle: Rimmel Black Out, Ring: Avon Decadence and Pinky: Avon Midnight Green. Lol I picked colours I've already posted here, some old!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying. Have plenty on the brush for full coverage. I think it looks okay solo and certainly looks nice on the different colours. Lasted well.

Rating
Easy to use = 8/10
Application = 8/10
Drying time = 8/10
Lasted well = 8/10
Coats = 1
Finish = matte golden foil shards
Removal = need tin foil to remove - 30 secs of soaking means you need to scrape them off, 2 mins of soaks means they come off easily!
Overall = 8/10
Purchased from = Boots, they had the 3 for 2 offer on

My Personal Rating = 8/10 liked this a lot and it's a bit different!

  2. This top coat looks a bit similar to this of Barry M of the Aquarium series, but only slightly. I like it, it looks like pieces of foil. I like the red and purple nail polish too :) It looks good without a colour underneath too.

    1. I know the one you mean! Cool. You know I like it without any colour too - I thought I wouldn't, but I do :-)

    1. Yeah it is! It does make the base colour matte and that's quite cool :-) Thanks :-)
