Rimmel 270 Life Force

Picked this one up very cheaply from the Bay. It looks awesome in the bottle and even better on the nails. It's an older one and forn. Greeny with a golden subtle shimmer.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and 1 coat gives great coverage. It's one of the older ones so the smell is noticeable but not bad and it's slow drying too. That golden shimmer is lovely. Have to say it lasted well and looks good in sunlight (which silly me didn't get pics of!)

Technic Gunmetal

Picked this one up a while ago and when I was looking for something to wear, it caught my eye.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and fairly quick drying. This bottle was slightly gloopy but that didn't affect application, not sure if that's the formula or just the one I picked up! It's got a slight greeny shimmer to it. Lasted well and it's lovely. At first it reminded me of Chanel's Black Pearl but it's not quite a match!

Beauty UK Silmaril

Having tried Elfstone and purchased the other Beauty UK gemstone Posh Polish collection, I decided to try another one. This one is Silmaril, a kinda bronzy goldy colour.

All above 2 coats. Nice and sparkly!!!

This is easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying. It's lovely in sunlight. It's smooth and nice. BUT it didn't last well at all compared to Elfstone! Couldn't believe how much it chipped! So wear a top coat with this one.

Nina Ultra Pro Tickle Me Pink

This is such a good brand of polish and such good quality for the price. This is a "pinky" rosy colour with a subtle gold shimmer.

This was easy to use, easy to apply and quick drying. The brush was really good too. It certainly needed 2 coats as 1 coat is too weak. I'm not sure about the name as I don't think it looks pink really, but rosy with that subtle golden shimmer. It did last well and is so cute.

7 out of 10. Got it from Sallys for about £3.50 ish. I'm bad for remembering prices doh!

All About Nails Scandal

Another of those cool Tesco nail polishes. This time a lovely pink colour.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and the brush is good. It's quick drying and pretty. It's got a subtle purple shimmer that was near impossible to capture! Good quality and lasted well. It's such a summery colour. And the bottle is so cute hehe.

Body Collection Kia Royale

This is part of their Crystal Suede collection. This is a pinky colour.

This is easy to use, easy to apply and the brush is really good. It's also quick drying. I'd say it's matte-ish for sure. The finish is similar to the OPI Suede collection I think. It lasted well and wasn't gritty. 1 coat did the trick. And what a lovely colour :-)

Beauty UK Olympic Gold

Having tried Elfstone the other day, I fancied wearing one of the foils. I only got the gold and silver as I'm not a fan of bronzes and browns. So this is the gold one.

This is easy to use, easy to hold but application isn't great. On the first coat it's streaky and had a lot on the brush but the second coat is fine and gives a nice finish I think. Certainly dried quickly. It is foil like, I'd say. Doesn't last well as it scuffs easily. Nice gold colour though.

7 out of 10. Got mine from Superdrug 2 for £5.

Technic Shine and Shimmer Shade 30

This one was a cracker, and not in a good way. Boo. I bought it from Bodycare because I thought the colour looked amazing in the bottle. It's a pink with a greeny shimmer.

Looks nothing like the bottle. I was so disappointed. I know it's got glitter, but I didn't use it. So it's easy to use and fairly quick drying. It's fairly smelly though. I had expected the greeny shimmer to show on the nail. Application was a bit mental, it went on creamy and dried almost clear, I think that's why I needed 3 coats! It also didn't seem to like the nail much. When I was painting, it was like the nail repelled it, well nail I mean base coat! Now I did like the colour, but I'm sure I've got a better quality one with a similar colour! Removal was insane, had to peel it off. I checked the bottle to see if there were any notes on removal. I thought maybe it was special type of polish! So all in all, not great. Won't be keeping it!

Barry M Purple Rain Crackle NP332

Ah a lovely purple crackle on top of the last post. Lovely.

This is okay to use, still getting used to the crackles - think I've been saying that for a few months now! Application is okay and the brush is good. Drying time is fairly quick and is kinda matte like. Looks pretty cool over Elfstone!! I like it.

7 out of 10. Think I got it from their official site, but easy enough to pick up in shops.
